Senior researcher and trainer specializing in peacebuilding and nonviolent action. He combines teaching at Sciences Po Paris with field interventions in conflict contexts. His academic background is in international relations and global human security.

Carlos holds degrees in Criminology, History, and a MA in International Relations. With nearly 10 years in the human rights field, he is becoming Senior Researcher at the Observatory of Business and Human Rights in the Mediterranean Region (ODHE).

Yevheniia Sobolieva

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and has been working in the youth sphere since 2020. She started as a social media manager in the All-Ukrainian Youth Center. Since the beginning of the war, she has been combining work as a frontline journalist and communication manager in YouthUp.
